Hi all, i've been doing airtasker for 3 years now have done hundreds of jobs for people. There is so many people still either putting there number up through pictures or they get the job and just cancel once assigned and do for cash so both parties don't pay fees. In most cases i do the task through airtasker and then leave my number and all the rest is cash. There is no incentive do go back through airtasker. Once again they have raised there fees for both parties which in turn will lead to more people doing the dodge. I personally can not see this business model working long term with such high fees. Hope it turns around for the ones invested in the company.
Imagine getting a uber and they charge the driver and passenger for the same trip it wouldn't go down well double dipping both parties like airtasker does. Good luck to the faithful.
