Yes, the product is excellent. All I can think of (and which I have never been able to fully satisfy my concern) is that surgeons will be making more money if they continue to bring patients in for regular saline injections by continuing if to use the saline expanders. Whereas the Aeroform doesn't require the same number of visits and the device manufacturer pockets the gain in efficiencies.
It will require hospitals and insurers to be fully aware of the savings and force surgeons to use the Aeroform. If this is the case, it requires a lot of advocacy dollars as well as marketing direct to patients to drive uptake.
