When I think about the (short) history of AXP the concept is great, the product is great but the implementation has been poor. Scott Dodson took control of the company is 2010 and successfully completed all of the approval, compliance and IPO work. It would seem his skill set does not include sales implementation; wish the Board has determined this earlier!
Just to note that the announcement said sufficient funds for 2018!
