AXP is severely wounded and vulnerable; 6 months ago the offer price would have needed to be in the $2 at least; now I suspect a lot of shareholders would accept half that! The issue, of course, is the big institutional and management shareholders.; love to know what they think of this situation!
I guess we will find out something with the teleconference call at the time of the 4C (27 April).
