    After reading several of the comments here it appears to me that a lot of people do not understand the difference between a CDI and a share and possibly who ever wrote the ASX announcement doesn't either.
    If you reread the announcement you will see that Cheskin & Vivo are paying a premium for their shares at 22.5c which is calculated at 0.075c per CDI.
    However in the calculation of the discount of 24.2% for the issue of CDI's they have used the SHARE price as at 31/7/18 which was 0.099c. This means the information in the announcement is incorrect, as the CDI price as the 31/7/18 would have to be 0.033c.
    IF they want to pay a premium for the raising that's fine by me, but information in the announcement has to be correct and in this case you will not be getting a discount on the issue but will be paying a pretty hefty premium.
