Not if the patient doesn't know about the product. Even if they do the surgeon will just say the air expander is new and we don't really know how it performs, blah, blah and the patient will do what ever the surgeon says.
All of this is irrelevant. We don't know why the surgeons are not using the product and the company has not told us why (assuming they know). They most certainly haven't laid out any plan to solve this problem.
Giving more money to AXP without a plan is like buying a pig in a poke. I want to see a credible plan from Frank before I will even consider buying back into AXP.
