I don't disagree with you and they have derisked the company by taking any future funding needs out of the question (for now).
I look at a company like IPD and I know if they didn't raise that ridiculous amount (around $80M from memory) a year or two ago, they would be dead in the water now with no sign of decent revenue for years. On the other hand NAN had a huge raise and have hit cash flow positive earlier than expected and are now sitting on a nice cash balance to fund R&D activities.
I think I'm more annoyed at myself for ignoring the technicals since fda approval which has been screaming that bad news was coming and my expectations that the fundamentals should have won out. TA won on this occasion.
