hi Micknleigh, for somebody who has no sentiment and doesn’t hold the stock I thought I would clarify in the hope you do develop a sentiment and buy the stock!

The 10c was a pre agreed option price from the original deal with Aim.the 30c placement figure was a proposed further placement price in any new deal.the 30c placed in AAA Programmatic confirms that both AIM and Ambient beleive and agree that 30c is a fair valuation for AIY shares given what they anticipate to be the effect this new business partnership /jv will generate and the resulting effect on AIYs share price.Therefore the market hasnt woken up to the fact that 5.1c close price today is severely undervalued.

10c was the contracted scrip price when AIY originally invested in AIM
30c is the price for the new JV. That tells you something about the direction of travel expected with the share price
