    the deal has gone through subject to the PDF. It’s my guess that the shares should start to trade a lot higher if the JV partners are accepting AIY stock at c30 and options at c40. It might not happen overnight but I think with expected follow up announcements re this and other deals (the JV partners are highly respected companies) I think c30 will be the base for the share price, not the ceiling!!
