I've often wondered if any of those funds found there way into Kerogen via a backdoor..particularly given Campbell was being chased for $ by Amalg Dairy (or the prelude to that).
Grounds for a class action hinge on the way the company held out the promise of a special dividend (encouraging investors to loadup) and then paid nothing to ordinary shareholders but huge cash bonuses to themselves AND spirited away some $90 million without proper disclosure to a shady party that the company had already written off some S14 on a contentious pipeline to nowhere deal that also never materialised.
