Sadly and bitterly agree with both of your points. The investment is now fully and officially accounted as full impairment loss on AJL balance sheet so it maybe legally for AJL to take legal action for loss and damages. But the language in the last update by AJL doesn't seem so suggest that it will be the course of action as you hope Carey 18.
