No way it will be sold without testing market for other suitors.
The value is not $60 mln, but a multiple. It is not only quite profitable and low risk with long term contracts/clients. Also, with energy prices moving up, the market activities will increase.
So, selling is an interesting option, but not now and not without due process.
150-200$ million is more likely. Nice try though. And indeed, maybe it is an offer higher then $60. But only at 150-200$ it could be considered imho.
