NTA as at 30/6/09 = 93c
If asset valuations go up or down by 15% NTA goes up/down to $1.40 & 40c respectively. NTA not as significantly affected by movements in Exch rates. (as per table of sensitivities in 30/6/09 Annual results announcement a few months back).

All good - I'm very happy with this one. Wish I could say the same about my MDT/CER/CNP/VPG holdings. Hopefully this is the start of a bounce back for REITs generally.
