True - only words at the moment, cash on the table with no conditions is preferred.
As for someone "wanting us as well" - $280m is a long way from the $2.0 - $2.5bn they would need to offer to get NXT. I am not sure that would even get the 90% needed as there are some rusted on long term holders like me that may not want to sell, given the upside growth potential in this company and the cgt payable. Then again $10 and I would at least consider it.
