I think it is going to be very interesting to see who is offering 280 million for the dc's. If it is either temasek, blackstone or even equinix, I think there will be a takeover offer late this cy when both m2 and s2 are up and running. As for price, if they are willing to pay a 33% premium for the underlying land then maybe that is what is required for NXT. A price of $9 to $10 I think will probably do it. Personally after 6 years in this great company Im sure it will continue to grow exponentially ( just have a look at equinix growth chart) however a takeover in this growing sector was always on the cards eventually. A premium paid today that may take 2 or 3 years to be rewarded is hard to reject. Gltah
