Smurph, as per ASX release of 14/2/18 by AJD and I quote "the agreement by the parties is non binding and subject to final contracts, securityholder approval, FIRB and other approvals........"
So until they have a signed contract, they have nothing to present to NXT under the first right of refusal clause, as noted by NXT in their 15/2/18 ASX release.
AJD were keeping the market updated on the sale campaign as previously advised.
