With all due respect, a non binding agreement without a signed contract means nothing. Until a buyer puts pen to paper I am still very wary of the way tgp and now ajd are handling this situation. Keeping the market "informed" on a potential price, cmon, we can all estimate a potential price. If they are going to keep us informed, then tell us who the "potential " buyer is. At the end of the day, in my opinion, if the metronode underbidder, equinix, digital realty, or any other major player in the data centre space are the puchasers of the properties at an exorbitant price, I will be pushing in hard on NXT because it won't be long til they come knocking. I'm sure they aren't going to be satisfied with their 4 to 5% return on the ajd purchase. Time will tell. Gltah
