Why hasn't ajd offered the contract for $280 million to NXT yet? What is taking them so long? In last weeks announcement they said they had a $280 million buyer and would present it to NXT asap. Did they have this offer in writing or just a verbal conversation with prospective buyers? Looks to me like they were seeing wether NXT would bite at the $280 million. If a contract was offered then where is it???
