You’d have to be feeling pretty risky to short NXT, there forecasts alone which they have always hit and even gone over are good enough for the valuation they have. They are expanding rapidly, they wouldn’t be building any new centres if they didn’t have contracts lined up. Will be 200-300mil revenue for the 2019 FY IMO.
Once costs reduce and what not, the profit margin will improve dramatically, the PE we have today is nothing when you consider the growth that is about to unfold.
