Good luck shorting NXT based on your potential eviction due to breaching a lease agreement. Please post the price and number of shares you open your short at and the price you close at so we can all marvel in your abilities.
This pissing match between TGP and NXT is just a pissing match to stroke some egos. In the end NXT will continue to occupy the data centres, paying market rates on line with the lease, until the centres are old enough that it isn't worth it (TGP won't try and force a change in tenant come lease renewal as long as NXT pays rent). My only concern in this whole affair is for AJD holders, who may end up overpaying to acquire new data centres to satisfy TGPs immedkate term desire for growth.
