So $300 million for assets, 115 million AJD shares on issue. Puts AJD at roughly $2.60 per share.
If NXT buys for $300 million, then assuming AJD is wound up and capital distributed, NXT gets back ~$87 milllion (for their ~30% ownership of AJD).
So NXT only has a net outflow of $~212 million.
Of course, AJD might take the $300 million and invest it elsewhere.
So $300 million for assets, 115 million AJD shares on issue....
