TGP had no idea on how to value them. They tried to use the Metronode sale to value the AJD centres, despite AJD having exposure to rent only.
If someone is stupid enough to pay 300 million then that's great. NXT are no worse off and will profit from their AJD holding (either from a special distribution, which TGP need, or selling the cash box AJD shares on market).
