There is the potential if NXT buys the data centres directly that AJD uses the funds for a purpose other than a capital return/wind up of the trust (eg, buying new assets) and NXT would be left holding 20% of it. Buying the AJD entity completely means NXT can wind it up and release the equity it has tied up in its 20% holding.
