We need to calm down and think about this agreement.

So far the agreement has a CR which has raised funds for current expenditure.  Please don't argue that this dilutes JKA terminally, it clearly doesn't!

The next part is a loan for the rest of costs up to production.  What isn't clear to me is the percentage of the Aje project that goes to the aim listed company.  The agreement guarantees payment of costs even if there are overruns think about that!  The AIM listed company takes a majority stake in the PROG share of Aje but we aren't told what this is?  This is what we need to know.
