so where does JKA end up
I say they will have about A$3.5m in cash at the end of the quarter (post placement). Maybe less after all the costs associated with this transaction. US$3m in shares in AIM Co (value is questionable) and their other assets.
Market cap around $6.5m @ 1.7c. Other assets valued at close to zero which is probably fair given the company's short term prospects and ongoing corporate costs
