    And if anyone thinks Cornhill would've said:
    "Oh stuff it....lets take a punt on this and see what happens", then I'm afraid they're wrong.

    Why did it take 3 months of suspension to get this deal done? Because that would've been the minimum time for THOROUGH due diligence to be done by Cornhill's team of lawyers.

    They took "discounted" stock at 2c, they need it at 4c and we are currently trading at 1.3c.
