    Right now a delay suits Jacka ... otherwise they would have to pay and cash is v tight.

    I can see JKA are desperate to hang on to this asset for the current fund raising ... but JKA has the option to sell as well.

    Given oil could be flowing in 1 year ... should make JKA attractibe to new investors.

    So its OK news.
