From memory, trading has been 1.5M shares approx recently which is approaching three times the average volume. This probably reflects IO price volatility more than anything, and whatever that fund was that ceased being a substantial shareholder several days ago (Ausbil Dexia??).
The thing I find more interesting is the lack of recent commentary on the BCI Hot Copper thread compared to the other iron ore stocks, especially Atlas and FMG. It has been a very volatile week and yet we all seem to let it pass over us...apparently.
Anyways, lets hope the ore market stabilises at worst and we see a return to some optimism as we anticipate the beneficiation results which should be due soon.
