Regarding Rail Options:
On page 15 of the presentation it mentions the original Supreme Court decision last September (in Brockman's favour), states that 'Brockman Sections 14 and 15 applications are near completion' and that 'Once submitted, the negotiate/arbitrate access model is underway'.
This sounds perfect but it doesn't mention TPIs current appeal against the September Supreme Court decision.
Am I not understanding correctly what is happening or is this a glaring omission from the presentation?
