AJM currently pay a royalty of 5% of sales to the former AGO (now owned by Gina you know who) for stuff they mine off their main tenement.
Will PLS have to pay that once they take it over and if so given the size of PLS resource why would they mine this resource when they have to give 5% of sales straight to Gina you know who.
And if they don't have to pay it, I guess Gina you know who isn't going to be too happy.
So perhaps an unhappy Gina you know who either way.
Anyway, interested to know people's thoughts on this royalty and how the deal affects it.
