Hi Torval, yes it's a bit difficult without know the specifics. I was just curious on what the impact on it from a legal perspective (ie would the agreement still be valid over the resource) and then if so why would PLS ever chose to mine it.
And of course the big curiousity, what's Ginas reaction likely to be if she is likely to lose her royalty, either legally or because PLS may chose not to mine it.
