Intel have just paid $900m for a route planning company, to add to their ADAS suite.
Below are the Intel ADAS ecosystem members. Note no Ford, but VW is there. Also no Continental, no Bosch, etc, etc.
Thought: if a piece of route planning software is worth nearly a billion, what price the world's first Edge-optimized, neuromorphic chip???
