Short term memory lapse?
I'm sure i've had this discussion a few times before.
When BRN sent out the FPGAs with ADE access (about 2 years ago), they received customer feedback which indicated, inter alia, that a CNN2SNN converter was needed. this required a major re-engineering of the chip - hence the delay.
