A quick reply have to do something. Last time I looked the adds for additional engineering staff were still up on the Careers site on BRN web. It has been said by Intel and others that there is in fact a scarcity of engineers world wide who understand neural networks so I expect as BRN is cutting edge and pioneering Spiking Neural Networks they are even scarcer.
On the Board/Management side of things BRN has been running light for some time and if it is all about to happen getting management as well as technical in place and up to speed are for me equally important steps that need to be taken.
My opinion only.
