Yes I read that as well which brings the chip production forward by about eight months given the CEO has previously said end of 2021 as far back as late 2019.
This fact added to the fact of the capital guarantee extension with LDA Capital from a possible $29 million to a possible $46 million added to the fact that the CEO has stated that an announcement regarding a partnership to detect Covid-19 is likely a near term event then I am potentially going to have to buy better Christmas presents rather than be thought of as mean.
My opinion only DYOR.
