The anns on Oct 21 have not resulted the usual pump-dump. Instead it drifted into sideways action, and we haven't seen that in a long time. So it will be very interesting to see how the market responds to this ann. One thing is for sure, the SP will not rip upwards in anticipation of a big contract. But let's see if it holds.
