Software and firmware is continually updated on all "blackbox" systems and is standard practice so nothing to be concerned about, in fact it is a good signal. Continual rewrites will only enhance the chip and chipset performance. The design is the hardware which has been successfully manufactured and now functionally tested. Our big test will be the satisfaction of the NDA's after they have put the real Akida chip through their own performance tests.
