Not that anyone gives a crap about my 2 cents anymore but personally I don't see this as a particularly good thing.

First off, the payments and the timeline is quite poor. We should have been scoffing at the kind of money by then.

Second, I see it as selling out. It's not a take over. It's not an overly good deal. It's basically us resigning to the fact that we can't make it in the US ourselves so we are pairing up with our direct competitor. It's not as good as it sounds. It's more like, if you can't beat them, join them.
I'd have rather atleast tried to beat them, that way we could have leveraged much more money out of them. Remember Akili sold Japanese rights for $126m.

IMHO, this is a failure and not just a failure but resigning to failure instead of trying harder and doing what's necessary. New management would be a good start.

GLTAH. I'm sorry it's not better news and the July 4C didn't live up to what it should have been.
