Prior to this ‘new world’ of Covid-19 Virus, KALiNA simply announced an agreement with Akira Partners (WHO the fk?) to try and help us with financing in Alberta. (Not exactly earth shattering news - although the ground seems to have moved for poor BrayW on here).

This so called ‘Partnership’ is entirely based on certain “conditions” that Akira may be able to lead a debt capital raising effort overthe next TWO YEARS. (You better hope they succeed mate, and stop wasting any more of our valuable time).

Akira must now try to source up to CAD$70 million in equity (not easy, in this increasingly difficult financial climate) for the initial ‘proposed development’ project.

So, we’re all supposed to live in hope for the NEXT TWO YEARS (and that’s IF this virus doesn’t get some of us elderly folk first).
