The shareholders do not have enough information yet.
so it is still being viewed in light of its past inability to succeed iwith its old licensing model.

like all shareholders I look forward to more information and am prepared to keep buying until that event occurs....

like you, I thought recent information was too ambiguous to work out a value but a free carry in bankable projects is enough for me to continue to believe.
