That the announcement did not make any further mention of the "breach of contract" in regard to the silver project

Is ROS being sued for the entire amount?

Will ROS have to pay costs/interest until another buyer is secured?

Hopefully these questions are answered sooner rather than later.

Also it was very weak of management to release this on a Friday arvo after hours.
