    Another good move - buying up a distressed oiler next door, who woulda believed!

    They get
    Acreage
    infrastructure
    existing generating wells
    majority of deal financed by insto's

    and offer an enticing prospect to shareholders

    This de-risks the play from a last spin of the dice on 3 wells to a developing junior O&G company.
