Looks like a specialist for investor funding / takeovers - something we're in dire need of at the moment.
Doesn't look like he's had any exposure to the bulks market, so doubt he'll have any substantial contacts within the steel industry for offtakes - something Paul and co. have probably run to ground.
Big incentive package will probably be needed to get something done here.
