Yeah, almost $3.6m (less fees) is a great outcome for the company, and an even better outcome for him - that's a whole heap of options.
It also mean there's a high probability that all of his options would get converted (given he's somewhat wealthy), which will also be a great outcome for the company.
I'm also curious to see a revised Top 20, and try figure out who took up what.
I wonder if there will be some sort of halo effect where people who've invested with him before following him to new opportunities.
We'll see.
