I took the opportunity to pick up some extra through Fresh Equities and the positive outcome was that bidders were scaled back to 71.45% of their bid. This shows that there was keen interest and also reflects them limiting it to $10m when they could have raised more. To me the $10m limit shows that they were just raising what they needed at these low prices with a belief it will go higher IMO. Also positive is the fact that most shares were taken up by Fred, Earth Mountain and possibly other associates? EM were given an opportunity to get some skin in the game cheap having made significant contributions over the years and the fact they took that opportunity up speaks volumes as they would be 'in the know' one would think!
The info we saw looks like the same as in the release post raise to ASX.
