As a long term AKP stockholder, I would have been happy to participate in the capital raise, now I'm feeling a little bit unappreciated by the majority shareholders.

Not only am I being kept in the dark (re. Yuval's July 2022 video), my long term shareholding as a percentage is now being further diluted, though not significantly at this stage to be fair.

On the positive side, EM appear to be swapping debt for a share of equity, a type of transaction that's not unusual in the mining/oil industries, in any event I'm viewing such as a vote of confidence.

I hope to catch up with my fellow shareholders in the not too distant future when we can hear for ourselves at the EGM.
