That is how I read it - basically they are saying that there is an option somewhere in the future to further increase the plant's throughput to 100% of capacity when they have the funds available to do so. At current copper prices the plant is very profitable, and so leaving it with the extra TFP's that they are about to install is fine by me - means that we will have more copper still available in years ahead when copper prices are predicted to be 30+% higher.
Lets just get the new TFPs installed and running properly and then see where things are at.
