new mines are always risky , especially in new provinces where not all the certainty of operation experience is available.
this reads like it's a filter issue and previous announcement said it wasn't going to impact too much operation , obviously that seemed incorrect , it doesn't sound like metallurgy processing issues,
trying to resolve anything that's not typically plugged and play does take time .
