No, this management will never be amazing - they were clearly clueless for years - how could it be otherwise when none of them had any mining experience?
What I am saying is I'm amazed that for something as well understood as copper mining/ore refining new plants always seem to end up with technical plant problems. Don't the people who design/manufacture the plant and equipment try it out before shipping it off somewhere where it immediately fails?
Pathetic.
My background is manufacturing engineering and I can tell you that everything is testable before waiting for failure after delivery.
