LOL. Classic AUQ. The fan club keep taking it on the chin though. How many times do you need to be disappointed by these guys before you learn not to count your chickens ? I do recall someone without blinkers on wondering aloud whether the change in process methodology to dry tailings had been properly thought through ? Was a last minute redesign because they couldn't secure the original water source and had to truck water in.
The next key announcement will be how much it's costing them to process the ore. Their track record over many, many years suggests that it'll cost them more than they estimated. So it's probably a good thing copper is going up in value as they'll need to compensate for increased opex
Still some hurdles to overcome here I suspect. Maybe by end of this quarter we might have a clear picture of whether this thing is going to be as profitable as some think. Slowly, slowly.
